Here’s another quick, easy, delicious & nutrition dense recipe!

I call it breakfast egg-a-mole 😋

2 medium avocados
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 tomato (or 1 small roma)
Squeeze of lime juice
Cilantro to taste

Mix it all & top it on some snack peppers! I topped mine with Julio’s seasoning. So good!

We are in March already, can you believe it? It can be tough sticking to your nutrition plan, but we are here to help!

We will begin sharing some delicious and healthy recipes to keep you on track with your weight loss goals! 🥳

Up first is our chicken salad deviled eggs! The chicken can also be substituted for tuna. 😉

Serving size is 3 halves with 195 calories and 22.5 g of protein per serving!

Chicken Salad Deviled Eggs:

Ingredients:
- 6 hard boiled eggs halved
- 1 can of chicken, chopped
- 2 stalks of chopped celery (optional)
- 1/4 cup of unflavored low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1-2 tbsp of mustard
- 1-2 tbsp pickle juice
- Dill relish or chopped pickles to your liking
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
- Boil eggs for 10 mins on high, then add to an ice bath for easy peeling
- Peel & halve eggs, leave the yolk in!
- Mix the chicken, celery, Greek yogurt, mustard, pickle juice, & seasonings in a bowl
- Stuff the eggs with the chicken salad
- Top with diced avocado & and sprinkle of paprika (optional)
