Who we are:

Smooth & Savory is a Health-Conscious Smoothie, Snack & Meal Bar located inside LA Fitness. Founded in 2016 we provide “Healthy Choices” for our community’s favorite meals and drinks in a fun up-beat atmosphere. Continuing to grow, we are currently looking for energetic new Team Members!

What we are looking for:

We are looking for Part-Time Team Members for our Babcock location. Our best team members have:

• At least 1 year of experience in food service (fast food, QSR, catering, etc.)
• Positive attitude and interaction with co-workers and guests
• The ability to sell and provide the best guest experience
• Experience working as part of a team and independently
• Basic computer literacy
• Food Handler Certification (or able to acquire within 30 days)

Team Member Duties:

The Team Member position requires employees to have a professional appearance, great customer skills, the ability to interact positively with all co-workers and guests, an out going personality, and good salesmanship. Team Member duties include:

• Preparing smoothies and serving meals via recipe and preparation instructions
• Effectively processing online and in-store orders directly at all points of sale
• Offering suggestions and upselling add-ons during each transaction
• Counting and handling a cash drawer
• Stocking and restocking products and merchandise for display
• Keeping the store at top presentation by wiping counter tops and tables, sweeping and mopping, and dishwashing

This position requires employees to lift up to 30lbs with frequent bending, stooping, and twisting. He or she works the entire scheduled shift on their feet so the ability to stand 100% during the day is required. He or she may work individually or at times in a close-quarter environment.
