Cactus Coffee Shop is your one stop shop for fun drinks outside of the Dripping Springs HEB.
Serving hot and iced espresso drinks, boba teas, smoothies and Lotus Energy drinks, we have exactly what you need to energize your day.
Cactus Coffee Shop was born of a dream to build a new life for me and my children. I’ve built beautiful spaces, worn my newborn while making drinks, watched him take his first steps behind the counter, taught my girls to make cappuccinos and take orders. This little business has been unmade and rebuilt so many times, from a drive-thru to a trailer, a kiosk, catering carts, & store fronts. Each time a challenge arose I found a way to pivot and keep this light shining a little longer. I poured everything I had into this amazing shop, in the hard times and the good.
This past year has been the most difficult by far, and I’ve made the choice to pivot again, but this time, I’m pouring into me, into my kids, into a more balanced life for my little family. It’s one of hardest experiences I’ve had, this letting go.
While it’s tough, it’s also very exciting that I’m not forced to s***f out that flame. I get the chance to pass the torch on to amazing people who are eager to pour their own hearts into what I’ve built. Cactus may be ending, but the spaces and community we created together will live on with new names and energy.
Chris Clark of Fair Dinkum Coffee Co. will be assuming the Wimberley space shared with the Sugar Shack Bakery beginning Monday 11/28. Chris and his family are extremely excited to serve the Wimberley community. He has great plans in the works to continue making the spot on the square a warm and welcoming place to gather. It brings me much joy to be able to pass this along to a member of our village to cultivate it for years to come.
Crystal Sepulveda with Cafe Mio is becoming the new coffee boss for the kiosk in Stone Oak
I want to give my most heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported me through the years. I have had the very best time here with you. This has been such a fulfilling dream, and I am grateful to have been able to go on this journey with you. Thank you, for all the coffee we’ve shared through the years.
All the best, Brooke

Crystal Sepulveda with Cafe Mio is becoming the new coffee boss for the kiosk in Stone Oak, and will be transitioning during the month of December. I can’t wait to see all the great things she has in store as she continues to make amazing drinks (and more!) for the partners and guests of H-E-B Plus!

Halloween coming soon!! There’s no better way to celebrate that coming to the Cactus Coffee shop and having some of our new themed drinks!🌵☕️🎃👻
We got a facelift! Come see us today!! We’re open until 3. :)
Yesterday I built this beauty at our H-E-B location in Stone Oak. I love how it turned out, it’s a huge improvement from the carts just kind of huddled together, don’t you think?
🌵☕️
I did this completely by myself, over a 14 hour workday. I still don’t know how my body is functioning, especially after moving the Sugar Shack in on Monday. But the work was so very worth it!
Things got real dicey for a minute (okay more like an hour) but we did it! Everything made it inside and we played musical chairs until the seating all fit again. We are sooooo excited to share this space together. Cactus will be open tomorrow and pastries will be stocked Wednesday morning 🙌
Hey folks! Unfortunately our Wimberley shop will be closed today, our barista is sick and I’m working in the San Antonio shop already. Closed tomorrow as well while we move the Sugar Shack in, so I’ll see y’all on Tuesday!
We closed up early today to chat with Peter and Bonita at for What We Know, What We Don’t. Such a great conversation with some pretty great people. Check the show out on Spotify or online at Kwvh.org
Only one week to go! Sugar Shack Bakery moves in *next Monday* and we are getting pretty darn excited about it!
Don’t forget to grab your Wimberley Pride shirt before the March next week! We also got so many cute new stickers, prints and goodies from local artist Christy Pohler of after her book reading this morning 🌵💞
Sugar Shack will be here sooooo soon! In just under two weeks you’ll be able to stuff your face with pastries to your heart’s content. We will be closed this Sunday 9/11 and Monday 9/19 for moving and prep work.
Hey friends! A lot of y’all have been asking how the tiny house has been coming along. By some strange miracle (and an addiction to completing projects as quickly. As physically possible) I’m rounding out the last of the building projects inside. Huge shout out to everyone who popped some tips in the Tiny House Fund jar this summer, you’ve helped make this shed a true little home for the four of us 💖 If you’d like to follow the last of the work, you can find me at
Come hear the story of Anita.
In a world where the pressures to be “perfect” are never-ending, it can be hard to know how to feel about yourself. But Anita is going to show you!
Anita Nopal is a story about a cactus, who was finding it hard to fit in while not wanting to change the unique things she loves about herself, and how she learned to love herself just the way she is.
Join us at Cactus Coffee Shop in Wimberley on September 10th at 10:30 am for an author reading and book signing with Christy Pohler. Free coloring pages for the kids! And don't forget: get your own copy of Anita Nopal signed by the author and illustrator Christy Pohler.
It’s time! 😍🍁☕️🎃
It’s that time of year when we pretend it’s not still 900 degrees and get excited about pumpkin!
Join us for a fabulous reading with local author, Christy Pohler! We couldn’t have a better pairing. Bring your littles for some story time and a coloring activity!
All the heart eyes for our revamped dining room 😍
Fall hours have arrived! Not much is changing except closing an hour earlier to make school pickup for my kiddos. We restocked Pride shirts this afternoon, so if you haven’t snagged yours yet, come by this week!
Wimberley will be closed tomorrow, apologies for any inconvenience! I have to reapply for our San Antonio permit in person because apparently we still live in Y2K 😜 We’ll see y’all back on Tuesday!
For five days a week, eight hours a day, all summer long (and all school year for the two home-schoolers) I’ve dragged these three kids to work with me. Today is their last day to have to hang out here before school starts and they get to socialize with kids their own age again.
💖
We are all exhausted and burnt out. But this lil dude wanted snuggles, so snuggles we will have. I don’t think I can fully express how immensely challenging this summer, and entire year has been. Summer in Wimberley is usually where we stock up the financial storehouses, and that didn’t manifest for us this year. And from what I’ve heard from our neighbors, it’s been extremely difficult for so many of us in our little tourist town stricken with extreme heat and drought.
🌈
With a temporary staffing shortage, new school and bus schedules, shop hours will be adjusted starting Monday for a few weeks until I can get all these plates spinning again. We have some plans in the works that we can announce very soon, so please bare with us as we navigate the scheduling transition and continue serving this community we love so much!
Come join the cactus crew! 🌵
