📣 Beginning on November 10, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. our patient portal will be shutting down. We are excited to offer enrollment in our new patient portal beginning Monday, November 13, 2023. The portal will continue to be our preferred communication for medication refills and routine questions for our providers and office staff.
