✍️💡💭 There are a handful of diet/lifestyle behaviors that can lower risk of cancer. 1) replace processed meats with whole meats 2) exercise regularly 3) remove unnecessary supplements 4) eat whole grains and beans. If you have any questions, ask your dietitian.

When making a balanced meal or snack, include each food group to keep it blood sugar friendly. Lean protein such as poultry, fish, low fat cheese, and eggs; Non-starchy veggies such as broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, onions; healthy fats like nuts, nut butter, avocadoes, olives, and seeds; and a complex carb like oats, wheat products, grains, fruits, beans, & sweet potatoes.
