Happy Krishna Janmashtami!
Today, we celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna, a day filled with joy, devotion, and reverence. Krishna's life and teachings inspire love, compassion, and the triumph of good over evil. As we mark this sacred occasion, let us reflect on his divine wisdom and strive to embody the values he taught. May the blessings of Lord Krishna bring peace, prosperity, and happiness to all. Join us in prayer and celebration on this auspicious day.
Today, we celebrate the Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a day dedicated to honoring Mary as the Queen of Heaven and Earth.
Crowned with grace and humility, she intercedes for us with a mother’s love and a queen’s authority. As we reflect on her royal dignity, let us seek her guidance and protection in our lives.
May her example of faith and obedience inspire us to live in service to God and others. Join us in prayer and devotion as we honor Our Lady, Queen of Heaven.
JBSA Lackland PWOC has kicked off for the Fall semester!
If you are military wife or a woman in uniform interested in joining let us know and we will get you connected.
On this holy day, we honor the Dormition of the Theotokos and Ever-Virgin Mary, a sacred moment in the Eastern Orthodox tradition.
As we reflect on the blessed repose of the Mother of God and her glorious assumption into heaven, let us be inspired by her deep faith and unwavering devotion to our Lord. May her example guide us in our spiritual journey, and may her intercession bring peace and grace to our lives.
Join us in prayer as we commemorate the falling asleep of the Holy Theotokos.
Today, our Catholic community celebrates the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, when Mary, the mother of Jesus, was assumed body and soul into heaven.
This day reminds us of Mary's purity, grace, and unwavering faith. As we reflect on her journey, let us find inspiration in her example and strive to live lives of grace and holiness.
Join us in prayer and celebration as we honor the Blessed Virgin Mary and seek her intercession for peace and blessings in our lives.
Today is Military Marriage Day, a special occasion to honor the love, commitment, and resilience of military marriages worldwide.
The unique challenges of military life can test even the strongest relationships, yet these couples stand firm, supporting each other through every deployment, PCS, and duty assignment.
We recognize and celebrate the strength, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication that all military marriages embody!
Tisha Be'Av, the 9th of Av, is a day of mourning and reflection in the Jewish faith. It commemorates the destruction of the First and Second Temples in Jerusalem, among other tragedies in Jewish history.
As we observe this solemn day, let us take a moment to remember the resilience and strength of those who have endured hardship and loss. May we find inspiration in their perseverance and continue to seek peace, understanding, and unity in our world.
🌿 Whether you are fasting, praying, or reflecting today, we stand together in solidarity and hope for a brighter future.
Happy Birthday to the Department of Defense!

Today, we commemorate the Transfiguration of Christ, a profound moment in Christian history when Jesus revealed His divine glory to Peter, James, and John on Mount Tabor. This event is a powerful reminder of the divine light that transforms and renews us.
As we reflect on this holy day, let us seek to open our hearts to the transformative power of Christ’s love and light. May this celebration inspire us to live with faith, hope, and the desire to be vessels of His grace in our daily lives.
