New to the menu this year, is our Cold Foam Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew. This is as tasty as it sounds and has already become a favorite for the few who have sampled it over the last week.

Summer is winding down but the thermometers seem to be climbing up. To keep everyone hydrated, caffeinated, and cool we are offering:

If you want to nerd out on the details, we sourced an earl grey black tea. It is unsweetened but we like to throw in a little mango to sweeten our day.
Our cold brew is 18-hour steeped using our El Mezcal coffee. This is a new crop we are excited about. We sourced this coffee from Chiapas Mexico. It's roasted to a medium/dark level.

Both drinks are refreshing, caffeinating, and tasty. We use high quality, ethically sourced earl grey black tea leaves and strike a delicate balance with sweetness (ie the drinks are more on the natural black tea flavor side of things with mango or lemonade to complement the tea).

This coffee is produced by smallholder farmers who grow coffee in the Buesaco, El Tambo, and La Unión regions of Nariño. Once this coffee has been delivered to the mill at Compañia Cafetera La Meseta it goes through a 24 hour fermentation and then dries slowly in the sun over 2 weeks.
