Bria Hamlet, MPH, CHES, RYT-200 (affectionately nicknamed Bri) is a San Diego-based Health Educator and 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor. Her business, JustBriFree LLC, aims to bring health and wellness to all with an emphasis on communities of color and LGBTQIA+ persons.
In April 2019 she launched debuted her signature Soul Flow Sunday vinyasa yoga classes. Her work has been featured in The San Diego Voyager and The San Diego Voice and Viewpoint magazines.
Bria completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program at Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga in June 2018. Bria currently teaches yoga and serves as a Health Educator at University of California, San Diego.
