Medardo is the newest member of the team, although it's hard to image what we did without him. He really and truly gets what it is we do here: make reliably delicious food with the aim of providing the team with reliably great jobs and benefits. And it shows in his dedication and enthusiasm.

Medardo can be seen here enthusiastically demonstrating laying out compostable boxes 😆 which TBH is a major activity around here.

Rebranding and building a new restaurant were big undertakings for 2020, especially given how hard of a year it was. But we're lucky enough to get the chance to keep trying and growing now in 2021.

We'll just keep spreading the word and delivering the chicken around the City until y'all can come dine in this beautiful new space! 🐓
