The Maccario Dringenberg wines are in the building! We're so excited to be pouring these for our taste of Liguria dinner on March 3rd

Maccario Dringenberg is in the heart of the Dolceaqua region, an area in the Ligurian hills famous for its severly steep slopes. When thinking about Ligurian wines most think of the crisp, salty whites coming from the coast. But in Dolceaqua they're known for making complex, lively reds from the native rossese grape. Dolceaqua also has some of the oldest vines in itlay!

Giovanna Maccario, along with her husband goetz dringenberg, continues a tradition of using strictly native varietals. Including a small plot of native white grapes that are nearly extinct!

We think these are some of the coolest wines in the area and are so excited to be pouring them
