“Today is Thanksgiving but it’s also my 36th birthday. As I reflect on this past year, it’s been a HUSTLE to say the least to bring Hot Johnnie’s to life… but through the challenges, I can easily say, I am extremely grateful.
From hand delivering at-home pastrami kits during the pandemic, to renovating this property into our dream store, to opening and running my very own artisan pastrami shop in the city of San Francisco- it’s amazing what God, an amazing team, and determination can accomplish in less than one year.
Everyday we get to meet new people who travel from all over the Bay Area and beyond, just to try our pastrami. When they leave with a great experience and fall in love with pastrami just like we are… that’s everything to me and my team. This is why we are so passionate about what we do, and we are very thankful to be here today!
Today, I’m not only grateful to see another year, but I’m thankful for my friends, family, and community for investing and believing in me and . 🙏
