Our Community Ice Cream Social is next weekend and we need your help! Please consider signing up to volunteer and/or donate supplies.



This free and super fun event is for ALL Yick Wo families. Enjoy some delicious Swensen’s ice cream at the park while getting to know members of our Yick Wo community.

Time: 10-12:30pm
Location: Francisco Park (picnic tables by the playground)
Details: Join us for a fun-filled morning where you can meet other kindergarten families. We will have light breakfast items and beverages. Please contact to PTO if you have inquiries. :)

We are doing another group game the week before school starts for the SF Giants vs Atlanta Braves game on Wednesday, August 14 at 6:45pm. If you are interested, please contact to Ranee. Tickets will be distributed via the Ballpark MLB app no later than 8/12. Hope to see you there!

You’re the secret ingredient that makes our community strong, fun, and absolutely beautiful!

We had a blast at our auction night, decked out in our 1920s gear, feeling like we time-traveled for a night of fun together as a tight-knit community. It was awesome hanging out with everyone. Already looking forward to next year’s auction night!

Our fearless pandas rocked the San Francisco Chinese Lunar New Year parade this year, roaring in the Year of the Dragon 2024! Huge shoutout to Veronika for her incredible dedication and hard work! 🐉🐲🐼

The Multicultural Fair at Yick Wo is always exciting to participate in. We have very engaging parents from diverse cultures who love to share their heritage with the kids. Thank you to all the parents! You have made us a strong and fun community.

Valentine’s Day arts and crafts! We made origami hearts, decorated Valentine’s Day bags, created love bugs, and crafted marbled shaving cream heart cards. 💕
