Our Americas CEO, Ellie Tehrani, has just landed a spot on the board of directors at the super prestigious Marketing Research Education Foundation (MREF) Marketing Research Education Foundation - MREF - how cool is that?! We're all stoked here at Kadence Americas to have someone as talented and accomplished as Ellie involved in MREF's mission to make a positive difference in the world by educating young people everywhere.
We’re also excited to announce the promotions of Joe and to Insight Managers. Joe and Severine are “twin” employees who started on the same day in July 2021.
In the past almost 2 years, Joe and have demonstrated their willingness to learn and hone their strategic thinking skills. Their customer-centric attitude makes them key contributors to the overall success of the Insights and full Americas team. Day in and day out, they oversee all Insight client projects, from cost estimates to status reports to designing questionnaires and working alongside Ani to deliver beautiful-looking executive summaries and final reports. Their service, support, and project management skills have enabled the Insights team to manage multiple projects simultaneously. We appreciate all their dedication to keeping our clients happy with their willingness to do whatever is needed to complete projects according to schedule.
In their new roles as Insights Managers, Joe, and Severine will continue to lead the management of all Insights projects for our key clients, and they also look forward to working with Brad to continue to learn from his years of expertise. Joe and Severine are also excited to manage all the new clients in 2023 as we grow the Insights department.
The Insights Team is thrilled to announce the arrival of our new VP of Insights, Brad Bortner who will be reporting to . With over 25 years of primary research experience on both the provider and client side, Brad brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
Brad's expertise lies in assisting companies in thriving in fiercely competitive markets by harnessing the power of primary research in both the B2B and B2C realms. His extensive provider experience with esteemed organizations such as Forrester Research, Cartesian, comScore, and Censydiam, as well as his client-side experience with Iron Mountain, Cengage Learning, and Verizon's Innovation Labs, make him a true asset to our team.
Brad holds an MBA from the prestigious Yale School of Management, an MA in Government from the University of Toronto, and a BA in Political Science and Theory from Dickinson College. When Brad is not busy caring for his adorable identical twin boys with his wife Marilynn, he enjoys indulging in his hobbies of travel, photography, and hiking.
