Join us for a special CAAM co-presentation of Sean Wang’s highly anticipated debut feature film DÌDI (弟弟). In 2008, during the last month of summer before high school begins, an impressionable 13-year-old Taiwanese American boy learns what his family can’t teach him: how to skate, how to flirt, and how to love your mom. Set and filmed in Sean’s hometown of Fremont, the film co-stars Joan Chen. DÌDI(弟弟) from Focus Features opens in Bay Area theaters on August 2.

This exclusive free advanced screening of DÌDI (弟弟) will be followed by a Q&A with Sean Wang and Joan Chen. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Seating is limited and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
