Naiya and her partners, Gagan and Aman Batta's, choice to bring Slice House to the Inland Empire was driven by a strong sense of belonging and a desire to give back to their community. They had noticed that residents of the Inland Empire often had to travel to Orange County or LA to enjoy premium brand food, and they wanted to fill this gap by introducing an award-winning pizza brand right in their community of 18 years.
Behind the scenes, Naiya thrives on the ongoing learning and growth that come with being part of the Slice House expansion. She appreciates the brand's strong reputation, which provides a supportive network that helps her succeed. 🍕 Meet Vinny Margott, a passionate Slice House franchise owner who’s taking the art of pizza into new heights in Thousand Oaks and the greater SoCal area! He is joined in this photo by his father Mychael, who began this journey when he visited Tony's Pizza over 10 years ago. Mychael fell in love with the pizza and as soon as he heard Tony was making Slice House a franchise, he made the call to purchase locations for his family.
Vinny's vision? To take Slice House's legacy further, spreading our signature flavors across new neighborhoods and turning every meal into an unforgettable experience. For him, running a franchise is deeply personal. He treasures the smiles and stories shared over slices, believing that our pizzas do more than just satisfy hunger—they forge lasting memories.
Off the clock, Vinny swaps his pizza peel for a pickleball paddle, competing in tournaments throughout SoCal! 🏓

Meet Pritika Rajasanshi, the owner of the newly opened Slice House in Mountain View! 🍕👋
After a 15-year career as a molecular cell biologist, Pritika pivoted to restaurant franchise ownership to spend more time with her family and friends. A longtime friend of Tony Gemignani from their high school years in Fremont, Pritika has always admired his craft and followed his career. The idea to own a Slice House franchise sparked during a visit to the Walnut Creek location when her youngest son wondered why they couldn’t own one. Already experienced with other franchises like Denny’s, Pritika reached out to Tony to explore opening a Slice House in Mountain View. Why here? She has fond memories from her time working at Stanford Hospital, where pizza was a beloved treat among colleagues.
As a Slice House franchise owner, Pritika’s days are filled with managing operations and personally engaging with customers to ensure every visit is memorable. She’s actively involved in the local community through events and forging relationships with local vendors to source fresh ingredients for her pizzas. Her favorite part about her job is witnessing the excitement and genuine happiness of customers. She is amazed by the response and how people know and trust the brand, coming from far away to enjoy it! Beyond her role at Slice House, Pritika dreams of someday running an organic farm and creating a haven for rescued animals. We love that!
