Yuzu is a hybrid citrus fruit of east asian origin. It is admired for its unique and complex flavor profile that falls somewhere between mandarin orange and lemon with added hints of lime and anise.
We prefer it in our lemonades and house made sodas but it is great for multiple uses including making vibrant vinaigrette’s!
