While tasting over 30 different tequilas on the 30th, walk into Flores restaurant and be transported to a charming Mexican plaza with the sounds of lively music. The smell of Mexican food fills the air, complete with all types of agave spirits you can sample. This exciting evening will include tequilas and mezcals tastings across over 30 different brands, paired deliciously with our delicious Flores appetizers 🥑

"Ambiance: Flores offers a fun and inviting atmosphere. We came here for a birthday and it provided the vibrant and modern feel we were looking for. There is a Bar area with is easily accessible with bar seating and tables for 2 across from the immediate bar area. Great space for our children, but the space is large enough for bigger parties as well as smaller ones. Great for date nights and casual dining with family.
Service: the staff was very attentive during our dinner there. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and we ordered based off of their recommendations. They tailored their service to our children making accommodations and recommendations off of children's needs.
Food: We enjoyed all the food and here are some highlights from our meal:
-Queso Fundido: A deliciously gooey dish featuring Oaxaca cheese sautéed with mushrooms, served with warm tortillas. It's a must-try for cheese & mushroom lovers.
-Chile Relleno: The stuffed poblano pepper was a standout, offering a flavorful and satisfying blend of spicy and savory notes.
-Costilla de Res al Colorado: The short ribs were tender and richly flavored, cooked to perfection.
-Mole Poblano: This traditional chicken dish in a complex chili sauce was paired with rice, beans, and tortillas. The mole was rich and nuanced, showcasing a beautiful balance of flavors.
-Esquites: Corn in cream was a delightful side that complemented the main dishes perfectly. We had to order 2 of these.
-Pescado: we ordered the fried fish, but you also have the option of getting grilled.
Price: The pricing at Flores is definitely reasonable for the quality of service and food. Overall Experience: Flores was the perfect spot for our birthday celebration with family, but can also satisfy a fun date night, girls night out, guys night out, as well as just everyday dining with its great food, excellent service, and charming atmosphere. It's a located at the Hillsdale mall which provides us with you with options for shopping during your visit. We will be coming back...especially because I found out there is also a happy hour menu!"

Jordan saw me looking at the menu posted outside the restaurant and said that if I had any questions to ask him. Once I decided to eat here, my server, Cairo, was very nice. She also answered any questions regarding the menu and made sure that I was enjoying my meal. The manager came by my table to make sure that I was enjoying everything as well. This was my third time at Flores and I was most impressed by the Jordan, the Restaurant Manager. I may have had a mild allergic reaction and he personally checked in on me to ensure all was well. He was genuinely warm, personable and easy to chat with, I really enjoyed conversing with him. This was not the first time I had the pleasure to chat with him. The sauce complimented the seasoned chicken perfectly! I would say it's definitely on the pricier side but that's about as expected these days especially for a spot that's a sit down / with waiter service. Service was great though! "Brought my parents in for brunch and had an awesome time. The restaurant is beautifully designed and there are some cool murals on the walls. We started off with some guacamole, chips and salsa and ceviche. The guacamole was tasty and the cilantro really added to the flavor. My mouth is watering just thinking about this ceviche. It was full of flavor and the corn fritter added a nice texture with every bite.
For drinks my parents had a Guadalupe and Piña No-jito and I had a Paloma. They were all balanced and refreshing.
