Hello Friends!! We are participating in the Festival of Trees and decorating a tree to be auctioned! 100% of the price returns to our community! our theme is Home Sweet Home! We are looking for donations for our tree! They can be anything home related such as wall hangings, throw blankets, decorative pillows, and other types of home decor items. We are also looking for Gift Certificates among other donations. if you have any interest in donating or helping please reach out or come by our office! The family event is November 30th at the HIVE from 11-5. With all kinds of fun activities for our community! We look forward to seeing you there!!

Our mission is to produce creative solutions, develop quality affordable housing and assist those making the average median income fulfil their housing needs and goals.

We do this in several ways, we build homes and resell them at just over our cost. We package USDA loans for low income. We are also trying to get some rental properties in our portfolio so that we can keep some affordable rental units in our community too.
