ENZO Sushi

We are looking for a Sushi Chef at Enzo. Responsibilities include handling a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients, managing food stock, and working with speed and attention to detail to fulfill orders in a quality manner. At least one year of experience as a sushi chef is required.

Some experience needed and we also can train.

Kitchen prep, dish washing, and helping main cook.

Kitchen and ingredient preparations

Cooking orders for both hibachi and appetizers

Maintenance and cleaning of work area

Supervising kitchen crew
