From California to Nevada, celebrated their annual Community Impact Day with Olive Crest 💚 with games and lunch to brand new backpacks filled with all the essential school supplies, our Olive Crest kids and families will definitely be impacted by KPMG’s generosity!

A summer night at the soccer field ⚽️ and the recently gave tickets to Olive Crest kids and their families to attend a game. Not only did families get to spend time together, LAFC came out on top with a 3-0 win!

This month, we were able to support a 2-week-old baby boy while his mom, Julia, received urgent medical care. With her family far away, she had no local support. When the need was posted, several Volunteer Host Families stepped up, and one family nearby picked up the baby within an hour, allowing Julia to receive the care she needed. We’re grateful for our amazing Host Families who are always there in times of need. Thanks to them, Julia and her son were reunited when she was feeling much better 💚

Back to school may be around the corner, but there’s still plenty of time to soak up summer ☀️🏝️
recently hosted a beach day for some kiddos in the Los Angeles region. Clearly they had a blast as they kept cool from the summer heat!

🔴 Every 2 minutes a child is trafficked for s*xual exploitation in the United States.

To address this issue, we've teamed up with to do a series of trainings across the Western United States to show their video, LIGHT, as well as discuss the signs of human trafficking and the dangers of online exploitation.

"By raising awareness and providing preventative education, we can be the light that helps survivors and prevents future victims, effectively stopping human trafficking," said Olive Crest CEO, Donald Verleur.

Nixon has a huge heart to help others. Although he has found his forever family, he wants to make sure other kids in care have everything they need. After hearing about our services at his church, he came up to our table and asked what he could do!

He ended up posting videos on his mom’s social media asking people to give so he could provide fun summer activities for the boys in one of our Olive Crest homes. In the end, he collected $500 worth of activities!

We are so moved by his love for others and his tenacity to help. Thank you, Nixon! 💚
