Bree’Osh : the authentic French Brioche and Coffee Shop Bree’Osh opens beginning of October on Coast Village Road and will serve from 7 am to 2 pm breakfast, lunch and snacks. You will enjoy the savory brioche buns with soft scrambled eggs, french cheese and a delicious béchamel sauce and love the sweet brioches with chocolate, almond cream or with "praline rose”.

Dear community of Montecito, we are getting close to reopen now. Painting is almost done (hope you like stripes :), we are still working on the custom furniture and need one extra day to reconnect all the equipments. We know, we told you an opening tomorrow but is going to be on Saturday April 22nd. 🤞
The good news is that we’ve already made the bread production for tomorrow. We are going to bake it and have baguettes and sourdough countries ready for you tomorrow around 8am. Feel free to grab one, it is on us! :)

please note that from April 17th to April 20th, we will be closing our Montecito location for some long overdue cosmetic works and repairs. This year, we decided to celebrate the Holidays with a modern version of the Saint Honore tart inspired by Philippe CONTICINI famous French pastry chef. This cake is one of the most representative elaborations of French pastry gastronomy!

Saint Honore tart ($60, Serves 6) - A crusty sweet dough filled with Madagascar vanilla pastry cream, salted soft caramel, topped with caramelized stuffed puff pastry chou. Very light and full of flavor and texture. (serves 6)

Oh my Gosh is Bree’Osh
Bree’osh is THE bakery for locals to enjoy artisanal, sourdough breads and pastries... just look for the line out the door. It was started in 2015 by Nelly and Pierre, a couple who recently moved from France.
Nelly and Pierre make homemade sourdough brioches bread and viennoiseries. Pierre applies to the brioche, the french artisanal & traditional baguette process making. We focus our energies on sourcing the highest quality ingredients and treat them with respect and with a great attention to details at every single stage of the process. We use liquid sourdough and a slow and long fermentation . It takes 15 hours to make the brioche bread and 3 days to make the croissant.
Sourdough enables to decrease the amount butter and sugar in the final product.
We also specialize in cooking eggs (eggs sandwiches, omelettes), as well as savory croissant. And among the sweet family croissant, you will get chocolate / almond croissant, cinnamon roll, morning buns, bostock and Kouign amann.
