Are you interested in student governance and see issue around campus that you want to find solutions to? Running for an elected office may be the place for you!
The A.S. Elections Board is sponsoring 2 events this week, both of which will provide information about the A.S. Spring General Election for individuals interested in running. These informational sessions are intended to be educational, for any undergraduate student interested in taking on a position of elected leadership to represent UCSB students for the 2023-2024 school year.
The main session will be on Thursday, March 2nd at 5:30pm in the AS Main Lobby located on the first floor of the Multicultural Center. If you cannot make this meeting, there will be a zoom session that presents all the same information on Tuesday, February 28th at 7pm. RSVP for these events using the link in our bio!
The deadline to declare candidacy for a position is due on Wednesday, March 8th, at 11:59pm. Information on how to declare and more about the positions will be made available during these sessions.

Hello and Happy Week 8! For this week’s Mental Health Monday, we would like to promote meditation as we approach the end of the quarter! Take some time to focus on your well-being!
Earlier this quarter, President Pabla met with UCSB Library leaders, Chancellor Yang, and his wife Dilling Yang to hand out our UCSB Reads book choice of the year. Free copies of Happy City by Charles Montgomery were handed out to students.

Associated Students Executives are coming together to condemn the hate that has faced our campus over this week. We fervently stands alongside our Jewish community in condemning recent acts of antisemitic hate seen throughout Isla Vista and on campus.
