Old Spanish Days Fiesta

The 35 Directors and 25 Associate Directors represent a broad cross-section of the community.

Old Spanish Days Fiesta is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation dedicated to honoring and preserving Santa Barbara’s history, spirit, culture, heritage and traditions. Old Spanish Days Fiesta is unique among festivals, both local and national, in that it is run primarily by a volunteer Board of Directors and supported by only two full-time staff members. The countdown continues…ONLY TWO MORE DAYS until the BIG Fiesta Parade!The final haul of breathtaking, locally grown florals has arrived! Prepping for over 100 horses of varying breeds, expert teams, antique carriages and custom floats…it is ALL in full swing! We truly hope you enjoy one of the biggest equestrian parades in the USA! Happy 💯th year from the Fiesta Parade Committee and all of our volunteers!! The Fiesta Parade starts Friday at Noon. Beginning at the corner of Cabrillo and Castillo. Ending at Cabrillo and Milpas. Fiesta Pequeña is tomorrow!

As we eagerly anticipate La Fiesta Pequeña at the beautiful Old Mission Santa Barbara, we warmly invite our community to join us for this free event. Enjoy the festivities from either the Mission Garden or the Rose Garden.

Event Details:

· Date: Wednesday, July 31, 8:00 PM
· Street Closures: Streets around the Old Mission will be closed starting at 6:30 PM.
· Set-Up Time: NO EARLY SET-UP is allowed in either the Rose Garden or the Mission Garden before 6:00 AM on the day of the event. Any items left or set up prior to this time will be removed to a designated pick-up location.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

For those unable to attend in person, we highly encourage you to tune into NewsChannel 3 for the live broadcast of this historic celebration on Wednesday, July 31 8:00 pm.
