The patient was unhappy with her narrow smile, the color and shapes of her teeth. We addressed these concerns with some laser gum trimming and a set of porcelain veneers.

Today we changed this young woman’s life with two Lithium Disilicate resin-retained bridges to fill the missing spaces left by congenitally missing teeth.

6-month follow up on this full mouth restoration case involving the opening of VDO using an mix of implants, crowns and veneers.

The gums healed up nicely around the porcelain restorations due in part to a strict hygiene recall in conjunction with careful prep design.

From initial condition, to consultation to the final product. I’ll work with the patient to address their aesthetic concerns and treatment options. In this case we achieved it with prep-less composite bonded veneers.

This patient was looking for a broader and brighter smile while correcting the spaces left post-ortho treatment as well as repairing some chipped and worn dentition.

This was all achieved with no-prep composite bonded veneers using 3M filtek matrix system. No anesthetic needed and completed in one visit after the initial consultation.

This young lady had an unfortunate accident and fractured three teeth and completely lost the other.

I restored the broken teeth with composite veneers using the 3M filtek matrix system and replaced the missing tooth with a bonded eMax Maryland bridge.

Orthodontic treatment will resume and we will monitor the need for root canal treatment on the injured teeth.

For those with mild spacing and crowding concerns we offer Invisalign Express. This is an option that offers between 5 and 10 aligner trays, with treatment only lasting around 3 to 6 months.

If you only have a few cosmetic problems or minor spacing concerns, this would be the quickest and easiest option for you!

Yours truly was the patient in this case and I wanted to correct some mild crowding and spacing issues. This treatment took 10 trays and 4 months total.

Follow-up visit for this Full Mouth Rehab case. The gums are healing nicely around the new veneers and crowns.

The patient’s bite was opened up with posterior implants and crowns and the anteriors were restored with veneers and crowns.

The results are a fuller smile that add soft tissue support for the lips and cheeks without the use of fillers and create a youthful appearance.

Follow-up visit for this composite bonded veneer. The shade match was particularly challenging because of the presence of white spot lesions on the adjacent teeth that “flashed” opaque white as the tooth was dried and desiccated.

Now that the tooth has been rehydrated we can see that the true shade matches the composite bonded veneer very nicely.

Often times x-rays reveal large cavities that are present on what may appear as a clinically healthy tooth that is asymptomatic. This tooth was restored with 3M composite after complete removal of caries.

This lovely patient came to us from Washington DC to save and restore a botched implant job. Together with my lab and the team at we were able to coordinate and complete her implant and restorations down to a custom in-house finish with our lab tech.
