It’s a party! Extend that summer feeling with our refreshing clarified piña colada. This cocktail debuted the evening of our Sous Chef Summer dinner with & sold out that evening. It was such a big hit that we had to make it a permanent edition to our cocktail menu.

Due to your great feedback about our bar menu, we are extending the bar offerings & hours. Starting Monday, 9/16 at 5pm, we'll have a new bar menu that will be available all evening. Come try some of our new bar items like the fried duck wings, pj potatoes with rosemary, shallots & gruyere aioli, & a burger with marrow butter, aioli & brioche bun. Don't worry, we'll still have the grilled cheese. The bar will remain for walk-ins only.
Our dining room menu is changing as well. When in Paris, enjoys prix fixe menus at his favorite Parisian spots. With the expansion of the bar menu, he felt it was the perfect time to bring this experience to you at pasjoli.
Beginning Monday, à la carte is going away & we will now have two dinner menus for you to choose from: a five-course prix fixe menu for $95 per person & a five-course duck menu for $125 per person. There will be dish options & add-ons to choose from. We also are adding a $65 three-course menu available every evening from 5pm-6pm.

Summer of Sous is just a week away! Join Sous Chef Jose on August 1st as he takes over the pasjoli kitchen to serve up a Baja cookout. Chef Jose has been an integral part of our team since his Dialogue days. Blending the multitude of flavors & cultures that inhabit Los Angeles, is excited to show his upbringing.
Bonus: this will be the one night a year that tequila will grace Le Bar.

Kicking off the PJ summer calendar this Monday with Duck Mondays! 🦆🦆🦆
Every Monday in July & August, we’ll be cooking duck dinners for one. It’s a petit version of our famed pressed duck dinner and includes a slice of foie de poulet to start.
There’s only 20 available every Monday. It’s first come, first serve. (Our pressed duck dinner for two is still available via pre-reserve).
Perfect opportunity for those of you who have wanted to try our duck dinner but unable to find a friend to join in.

Final touches for our pressed duck sauce.
After squeezing all the juices from the duck bones, we add duck jus, cognac, & red wine to create a memorable sauce which accompanies your roasted duck breast.

In addition to the good food, fun times & non-stop laughs, took some inspiration from Nancy’s niçoise (see new swordfish entree at pasjoli).

A sphere of meringue, hollowed out & filled with whipped lemon curd, sitting on top of creme anglaise with almond crumble & citrus. Our favorite part - the wood sorrel that tastes like green apple.
