Happy Release Day to Noel the latest pattern by the one and only

What a joy this one was to make. I’ll admit I was a bit nervous at first, soooo many curves and not your usual ones, but it went together so smoothly. If I might add a personal suggestion, try and chain piece all the curves at one or two sittings. Use a scrap one first (kind of like that first waffle that always isn’t quite right) and then once you got that rhythm going, you are golden.

Also Suzy has acrylic templates and those are key!! I could cut six to eight layers at a time!

Sunday, August 11th, 12pm - 3pm | Curvelets by Jen Carlton Bailly of Betty Crocker Ass

Slow down, take a seat, quiet your mind and start stitching. In this curvy hand sewing class you’ll learn how to prep your project, use templates for marking, and tips and tricks on cutting and sewing. We’ll be working in small scale, 1 1/2”, but if you’d like to go bigger the technique is the same and will be accommodated.

You’ll leave this class in love with hand sewing and eager to bring it with you everywhere!

Supplies are not included in the price but can be purchased from us at a 20% discount! | A sewing machine is not required.

Along the way, we’ll talk about different tips and tricks to get you experimenting with curves without fear!

All under the fun and expert teaching of Jen, who amazingly wrangled Rachel and I in this exact workshop back at QuiltCon 2020. We were a handful, to say the least 🤪
