We’ve been roasting coffee since 2016. We drove to Berkeley once a week to roast for a handful of restaurant partners and friends. Eventually (and against all odds) we decided to open a cafe in downtown Santa Rosa in June of 2020–during the height of Covid—and we’re so glad we did. Since then, we opened cafe #2, which is now our roasting headquarters as well. It’s been a joy to get to know our community through our common appreciation of coffee—thank you for making it possible! A lot has changed over the years, but we’ll always be in pursuit of the perfect cup.
