Well after 28 years in the restaurant business I’ve changed jobs and I am now working as a sales representative for Costarella Seafoods!!! I worked with Costerella’s for the last 17 years of my career and now get to work with a family business that has great product, great people and great business practices.!!! Our Story

As you walk under the Bistro 29 awning, before you even open the door, you can smell the sweet aroma of sauteed apples and the savory scent that accompanies a perfectly cooked lamb burger. You step inside and see owner and chef Brian Anderson making his rounds to ensure everyone’s enjoying their food. You’re seated and, as you sink into your cushy chair, you open our wine menu to lose yourself in the world of possibilities. No matter what you order, you know the next 45 minutes will feel like an adventure in Brittany, France.
