📚 A little studying goes a long way!!

🤩After 13 years of practicing massage I found yet another thing.

👑💕 I have had pain and weakness in my right foot and ankle since the fourth grade, and just this morning I practiced patience and focus to locate this trigger point. 24 years of habitual overuse tightly wound into a knuckle (size) is a delicate situation.

+. MASSAGING THE GASTROC
*I massaged it gently for five strokes and used five rounds of 10 second static pressure applications.
*It was largely uncomfortable, an excellent opportunity for a breathing practice.
*Results were:
-instant increased blood flow to the ankle
and foot arch.
-pressure reduced on the knee
-lots of bone adjustments in foot
(Ankle, toes, and ball of foot popping)

It’s probably time for a massage!

I. 👣 Tarot and Oracle Readings 🔥
We will spend over an hour together discussing various curiosities of yours, and we will be working with a various selection of decks.
You and I will take notes during your reading for you to keep as reference information.
There can be quite a story in your search for clarity!

1. We will begin with grounding exercises to
calm your nervous system.

2. You can decide on your seating based on
what you are comfortable with:
A. We can sit at the table together
B. You can lay comfortably on the
massage table and I’ll sit on the floor
with the cards
C. You can sit in the Grandma Chair and
I’ll sit on the floor
D. We can both sit on the floor

3. You can ask specific questions and you
can pick various card readings to help
discover your story.
4. We will spend this time putting
things together for you to create direction.

II. 💕Self-Discovery 🌍 90 Minute Session

Self-Discovery is utilization of high quality conversation styles to build your confidence and fine tune your self-esteem. You and I will trouble shoot your personal blind spots, create clarity, improve your communication skills, implement self-respecting habits, shine light on limiting beliefs, sharpen time management skills, strengthen personal boundaries, console the fearful resistance, and tailor plans for nurturing your personal goals.

*I am offering this as a Per Session service as of now, but we could discuss a package deal if that feels right.
