**TIP OF THE DAY**
When you need a break, it only takes a few minutes to perform this exercise:
Sit up tall in a chair.
Relax your shoulders and take a slow, deep belly breath in through your nose for the count of 5.
Then exhale slowly through your mouth for the count of 7. Pause for a count of 2 and repeat 3-5 times.
