Calling all Renegades! Barbells For Bullies and AMPT-Savannah are teaming up to hold a community workout on April 20th, benefiting Renegade Paws Rescue. Workouts will be held from 8:30AM to 12PM and will offer single, partner and team formats. And don't worry, this event is for everyone - all workouts can be scaled!

You are an absolute animal in the gym! Although you may think you're old, you're stronger and healthier than you were last year so you made the most of this one and that's something to be excited about!

You hit a 275lb deadlift last week!!! That means age is just a number. You are aging with strength and grace. hahha plus if we're honest, we wouldn't fit in with the 20 yr olds anymore anyways!

Erin has gotten the full AMPT experience and embraced it in the way we could have only dreamed! She is the exactly client we created this business around.

When Erin came in, she was unsure, uninterested and unknowing of the life change she was about to undergo. We have come so far in the past 6 months. She is now excited, has invested in making her own gym and is inspiring others to take the steps necessary to change their lives as well!
