T-minus 4 days until Auditions: Falsettos at SLOC Musical Theater and today we are meeting Trina & Mendel.
Trina is ex-wife to Marvin, wife to Mendel, and mother to Jason (son of Marvin). She is charmingly neurotic in her effort to understand the conflicting feelings she has in the aftermath of her divorce. She is very devoted to her son and his well-being.
Mendel is Marvin’s psychiatrist (ex-husband to Trina) who eventually marries Trina and enters into the tumultuous world of her life with her son, her ex and her ex’s lover while struggling with his own feelings.
We hope to see you next week! Visit our event page or sloctheater.org for more details!
Auditions: Falsettos at SLOC Musical Theater are less than a week away! We will take some time this week to meet the characters and hope that you'll consider coming out next Monday and Wednesday!
Dr. Charlotte & Cordelia are the "le****ns from next door". Charlotte is a dedicated doctor alarmed by the mysterious illness that is killing her gay male patients. She is tough, but extremely nurturing and very much in love with her partner, Cordelia. Cordelia runs her own kosher catering business, is very keen on making a nice home, but also wants to be useful and valued for her contribution to the world.
Visit our event page or sloctheater.org for more details on auditions 10/7 & 10/9.
