We are less than a week away from the final Eighth Step Open Mic before a summer break.

Our June finales have always been amazing, both in the numbers of folks who come out, as well as the variety and quality of performances.

Me and Kate are so looking forward to seeing you next Tuesday, June 4th at Proctors for the culminating event of the season.

We've put away the last of the sound equipment, tablecloths, paperwork - and are still marveling at this year’s music! It's a great time to remind ourselves of what we as audience and presenters have created together - again.

A cascade of beautiful moments tumbles from recollection of this past concert season, and what a season it has been! From Tret Fure’s gorgeous opening notes to Rogers, Schmidt & Emma’s Revolution’s vibrant, soaring finale, it’s been spectacular, moving, and meaningful.

That’s right, and we can hardly believe it: next season we head into our 58th year as a living, breathing community of music lovers.

Hope you’re continuing to enjoy this almost-six-decade ride!
