Tomorrow is the last day to withdraw from a Winter course WITH a grade of "W."

If you are planning on withdrawing from a course, please be sure to fill out the electronic withdrawal form no later than this Friday, Feb. 25th at 5:00 pm.

Electronic permission forms can be found on our Forms and Guidelines page on the Registrar's website. You will need to upload email approval from your adviser. Additional email approvals may be required if you are an AOP student, Athlete and/or an International Student and dropping below 3 courses.

Happy Holidays, we are closed until Jan. 3rd!

We will begin our winter term remotely on Jan. 3. All classes will be online for the first week. Residence halls will reopen for students on Jan. 9, with in-person classes beginning on Jan. 10. Students who have been in residence halls over break will have the option to remain on campus.

Winter Term 2022 Important Dates

LAST DAY to pre-schedule for Winter term is Sunday, December 12. Student planning will be closed at that time and registration will re-open on the first day of classes.

If you receive email permission to get into a course, forward that email to [email protected] AFTER your registration time. We will register you for the course and notify you that it has been completed.

If you send permissions prior to your registration time, we will flag it and come back to after we have completed the other requests.

Please understand that if you send permissions early, it only slows down the process since we cannot register you. We are understaffed and will do our best to get all these processed in a timely manner.

Tomorrow is the last day to declare an elective course pass/fail. You do not need permission of your instructor to take a course pass/fail nor do you need to inform them that you are taking it pass/fail.

Tomorrow is the last day to make changes to your fall schedule and to withdraw from a course WITHOUT a grade of "W."

As a reminder, all full-time students are expected to be registered for three courses unless they have permission from the Dean of Studies to take a reduced load. Practicum courses do not count towards a student's full-time load. To add a course, forward the permission to [email protected] before the deadline (if you are dropping a course make sure you specify which course).

Please check your schedule on Self Service and make sure you are registered for the correct courses AND sections. This includes practicum courses such as music lessons, choir, ballet, etc.

Seniors - If you are starting your thesis or research OR continuing in the second or third part, please be sure you are signed up for it. You will not be automatically registered for it.

After tomorrow, you will need to complete the Withdrawal form which can be found on our Forms and Guidelines page on our website. You will need to upload approval from your adviser. Additional approvals are required if you are an AOP student, Athlete and/or an International Student.

Fall Term 2021 Important Dates

Add/Drop ended on Friday September 17th. You will now need to receive an email approval from the instructor then forward the email approval from the instructor to [email protected]. Make sure that if you are already in 3 courses to indicate what course you would like us to drop.
