REVIEW from Fernando (represented as a Buyer in El Mirage):
Steven and Boj provided so much information to us while in the process of looking for a house. Their work ethic is unmatchable and it was truly an honor to work with them. After searching for months for a house, Steven and Boj got us an offer accepted in 5 days.
REVIEW from Javier (represented as a Seller in Scottsdale):
Steve was key for us during the whole selling process. He was always available to resolve our concerns and was always willing to attend out concerns We highly recommend Steve
REVIEW from Alysa (represented as a First-Time Buyer):
Steven and Boj were our second realtors in an attempt to get a house during the crazy hot market. The first day we met them they came prepared with a list of all the houses on the market in our price range to see what we would like. The very next day they picked us up and drove us to see the listings we liked. We had been looking for houses for over four months but Within five days of working with them, we had an offer accepted. Steven and Boj were so professional and especially after having a previously bad experience with a Realtor, they made everything so easy. I would 100% recommend working with them and would chose them again in a heat beat when buying another property. They were absolutely amazing.
REVIEW from Alberta (represented as a Buyer in Chandler):
Steven Van Buren didn't even know me at an open house we went to one Sunday afternoon, but he took me and my family right away to check out many houses all afternoon in this hot Arizona sun to find my perfect home. I was here for only 5 days. He would just look them up, bring us there, and that's it. Got back to the office at 10 pm. The offer was made in this very competitive market, and it was history after that. He was always patient, never said I can't or won't, he always was there to help with everything I needed. Today 7/7/21, we are back to get the keys, and he even picked us up from the airport. Never in my 40 years of buying and selling have I met someone who was so wonderful as Steven and his team. Thank you Steven. If it was not for you, we would never have this beautiful house in Arizona. You are at the very best. -Alberta

THE GREAT THING ABOUT PHOENIX IS...
Part Two: The Economy
With a job creation rate of 3.4% (4th highest according to Surge Cities rankings), net business creation at 4.8% (8th) and population growth at 1.9% (8th), exciting things are happening in the Phoenix Metro Area. Under the banner , our city is focused on being THE MOST generous community for entrepreneurs by unifying, amplifying and clarifying the needs of local startups.
In addition to being home to five Fortune 500 companies, Phoenix is ranked 11th best U.S. city to start a business by INC Magazine. To help encourage startups, the city offers the Phoenix Innovation District, or PHXCore, āa network of innovators, easily accessible public transit, a deep talent pool, and lots and lots of coffeeā in the historic warehouse district anchored by ASU, Galvanize and the Phoenix Biomedical Campus. The number of tech companies headquartered in Downtown Phoenix has grown from 67 in 2012 to over 300 today.
According to GrowJo.com, the 100 fastest-growing Phoenix companies in 2021 have 1,381 job openings (great news for job seekers) and are growing at an average pace of 44% (great news for businesses). Altogether, the Phoenix Metro Area boasts a 6.5% unemployment rate as of January 2021, the 26th lowest unemployment rate for metropolitan areas of 1 million or more. Side note: the average unemployment rate from 2017 to 2019 was 4.2% (U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics).
So, the great thing about Phoenix is whether you want to get a job, start a business or move your business here, this city is set up to help you succeed.
THE GREAT THING ABOUT PHOENIX IS...
Part One: The Weather
Often called āSun Cityā and āValley of the Sun,ā Phoenix sees on average 3,872 hours of sunshine per year, making it the second sunniest city in the world, second only to nearby Yuma, AZ.* To add to that, on average, 211 days have absolutely clear skies.**
Average annual temperatures range from 45 to 107 degrees.*** Even with an average of 110 days reaching over 100 degrees, relief comes from knowing āitās a dry heat.ā Thatās important because our bodies are cooled by the evaporation of sweat. The faster the sweat evaporates, the more immediate the cooling sensation. With an average relative humidity (RH) of 17 percent in June and 38.5 percent annually, the temperatures feel much cooler, especially compared to 74.5 percent in Florida or even 70.9 percent in Chicago. More personal to me, Iāve lived most of my life in the 65.8 percent RH of Omaha and most recently in the 54.1 percent RH of Denver.****
So, the great thing about Phoenix is waking up knowing that if I canāt get outside to enjoy that perfectly sunny day with temperatures in the 80s, there will be more than 60 days just like it this year.*****
