Tomato Cobblers
Dish
12 CAMPARI TOMATOES,
2 LEEKS
2 FENNEL
Fresh Thyme
Fresh Basil
Salt
Pepper
1/4 butter
Sauté together then add a
Sprinkle 1/8 cup flour
Stir put in cobbler dish ( you can also put in mason jars)

Bake for 30 minutes at 425

6 BURRATA CHEESE
Pull in half place in cobbler dish
Bake for 8 min @ 425

CRACKER CRUMB CRUST
3 cups PARMESAN
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 tsp pepper
Bake on silpat until golden brown @400
Crush up and sprinkle over top

WHITE BALSAMIC GLAZE
Reduce 1 bottle to1/4 cup
Drizzle over final product

Flaming cheese wheels at last nights stations!
We served it with fettuccine cognac, cream sauce, or marinara sauce with your choice of veggies, steak or lobster.
