1. SEE started out as a public food truck event in downtown Scottsdale. We received so many requests to cater/plan private events we decided to go for it.

2. We have a licensed nutrition coach and meditation teacher on staff.

3. We have not duplicated a menu in the 8 years of biz.

It's hard to resist our southwest egg rolls.

Southwest eggrolls are always a good idea on our grazing table. They compliment our taco bar nicely and are always a crowd pleaser.

How did 1 week pass so quickly....

This 2 day wedding in the pines at Cabins on Strawberry Hill] was pure joy and will always be a fond memory for our team.

and Joey are the warmest and happiest and most laid back humans. Their families welcomed us and made us feel so special.

And now I am living vicariously through their honeymoon adventures in Greece! It warms my heart to see them having so much fun.

We are seeing a trend for more veggies and fruit on the menu these days and that makes us happy!

We create custom menus from backyard to ballroom. This entree was a sampler plate that represented the B & G favorite foods.

Prosciutto is always lovely on a charcuterie graze...

It's delicious and blends with all.of the other treats inbthe graze table but I bet there is 1 thing you don't know about prosciutto.

Italian prosciutto di Parma is actually beneficial. Parma pigs are fed on the whey of parmesan cheese which contains beneficial gut bacteria as well as chestnuts.

Now you can love prosciutto even more!
