NEW PIE ALERT! This is our seasonal grasshopper pie. A layer of chocolate ganache topped with a rich cream filling made with Creme de Cacao and Creme de Menthe, garnished with crushed Andes Mints. A dessert reimagining of the classic cocktail.

BIG NEWS! BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!
Pie Bar is franchising!
Our Ballard location will be closed for the next few weeks while we prepare for it.
Stay tuned for more information on the reopening of our pie window!
We are shooting for a full reopening on September 13th but please be patient if it happens to take a bit longer.
Pie Bar Phinney will continue to operate full service with cocktails and pie @ 7402 Greenwood Ave N.
