A client and friend of mine texted me this morning about the election results. He said I should share my reply to him. So here is where I am, this morning. I hope you find it helpful, regardless of your politics:
I am figuring my feelings out about this too. I realize that, for a moment, I allowed this election to make me feel powerless, which I know is not true. I know that I create my own reality and that one person or an election cannot change my joy, or my ability to create joy...or my ability to love...unless I believe it does.
