Rasai Indian Restaurant is an opening for a new Seattle Indian experience – a progressive, modern, fresh, fun and delicious take on all the regions of Indian flavors, dishes and traditions. Our menu and food bring the diversity of India and Indian cuisine to Seattle using a fresh, progressive and modern take that is meant to delight, to make happy and to be warm and inviting, not pretentious and stilted.

To celebrate the festival of color, chef has put together an approachable prix fixe menu that will highlight traditional festival dishes with the usuage of bright colors and our Modern Indian flare to the perspective. Come savour the evening with this special tasting with your friends and family. Guests can order the Flight Umami for $30 per person which includes all 5 elixirs or individually for $9 each. At the core of Rasai’s Dry January Non-Alcoholic Drink Menu is the innovative concept of bringing out the five flavors of umami: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and umami itself. This concept, curated by Chef and Jordan White, promises a multisensory journey, enhancing the overall dining experience for Rasai’s patrons.

Have you tried the Gingerbomb before? It’s a craft cocktail made with scotch, blackberry, ginger juice, citrus. One of the unique things of RASAI is its beverage pairing with each dish. This one pairs extremely well with the Kosha Duck Tacos. 🌮🥃
Paneer Kofta: Makhani gravy, fenugreek dust. A North Indian comfort food, crispy dumplings know as Kofta, served with a rich, creamy, luxurious gravy.
Have you tried the Chili cheese naan? One of our favorites. Rip it, dip it and enjoy.

Chef’s bio: A native of Odisha, India, Chef graduated from IHM, Pusa, New Delhi and received his formal training at the Marriott group of Hotels, Pune. Chef worked at several acclaimed modern Indian restaurants in San Francisco before moving to the Northwest to put his stamp on this sparkling new space.
