Learn what Biodynamic wines are and why they are so important in winemaking's sustainability. These wines are so unique and the true character of the grapes show through in every bottle. Just unpacked your Mary Taylor selections for our event tomorrow, Wednesday, August 21st 5:30-7:30 pm.
Mary will be pouring for you. All of her wines are European small vineyards and producers that wouldn’t make it to the U.S. without her guidance, support and simplified branding.
Veneto Frizzante from Italy, Cotes de Gascogne White blend from France, Touraine Rose from France, Castilla Y Leon Prieto Picudo from Spain and Dao Touriga Nacional from Portugal. These wines are really good and SUPER affordable. Bottles to go while supply last!

This winery was born between 2 friends that loved skiing and wine. It tool a whole but landed in White Salmon, WA in the Columbia Gorge and created something very special. They put the vineyard's unique personality front and center to make pure, pristine wine with no shortcuts taken.
We will be featuring their Pear Blossom Vineyard Grüner Veltliner, Columbia Gorge Rose of Grenache, Columbia Gorge Pinot Noir and Dry Hollow Vineyard Merlot (this is NOT your Dad's Merlot)

SAVE THE DATE: This Wednesday, April 24th 5-7:00 pm. Julia Bailey Gulstine, winemaker for Loop de Loop winery, from the edge of the Cascade mountains & Columbia Gorge, will be pouring her bright, intense wines at Chez Phinney.
Come try all of these for $12/5 tastes. Wallflower La Luna Sparkling, Dry Riesling, Wallflower Viognier Skin Contact, Wallflower Chillable Red and Wallflower Dolcetto. Will also be selling bottles to go while supplies last.
Their vineyard, Light Anthology, is 1250 feet in elevation with volcanic, ashy-sandy loam soil, which is farmed meticulously employing regenerative organic farming practices.
In the tradition of Burgundian “old-world” wines, all the wines are fermented with wild yeasts that come in on the fruit. Julia practices low-intervention winemaking, letting the fruit and fermentation guide the process and her actions in the cellar. These wines are truly a treat! Come enjoy with us this Wednesday!

Samantha Kent, owner and winemaker for Alveare Winery in Carnation, WA will be pouring her very specials wines at Chez Phinney. She's been making wine here since 2016 at an adorable farm in Carnation that dates back to late 1800's. She and her husband, Xander, the beekeeper, have restored the farm and now winery and have a story behind each and every wine they make.
She will be pouring the Basket Press~Cab Franc, The Bee & Barrel~red blend, The Pigs~Syrah, The Cow- Cabernet and a Sauvignon Blanc.
These are all very small production wines, so please come enjoy while you can
