Hello everyone,
We are posting this Vietnamese translation of information on the 2020 Census. It's important for underserved communities to be counted as this is the main method to determine the distribution governmental funds. Though, understandably, many BIPOC communities are hesitant to surrender information to government entities.(https://www.census.gov/newsroom/press-kits/2019/vietnamese.html) This will hopefully be a good resource to set the record straight and put to rest people's fear.

Please fully engage and be counted in Census 2020. While this translated video could use better word choices, such as "điều tra dân số" - better and more accurate should be "thống kê dân số" - it encapsulates the necessity and urgent needs for Vietnamese living in the US, as well as other Asians, to be fully accounted for. Not only it is beneficial for you, it is what the Constitution requires.
