We will be taking a walk around the Capitol Hill neighborhood to explore local plants. We will be stopping periodically to observe, appreciate, and learn about these special plants. Our route will be a loop, starting at Rainbow and ending at Rainbow. Please take this into consideration when planning parking. 
The total amount of time we will be walking/moving/standing will be for about 1hour and 30 minutes. 
We will be meeting at the store at 12PM sharp. Please be on time, we will be leaving the store to start the walk at approximately 12:10PM. 
*We will not be harvesting or collecting any of the plants we meet, this is purely an event for education.

This 90-min class offers practical instruction on self-care for pelvic health including castor oil packing, sitz baths, pelvic steams, and gentle internal pelvic floor self massage. Class participants are offered a guided pelvic bowl meditation, pleasure-centered anatomy overview, instructions for self-care and additional resources for further learning. This class considers care through the lens of counter normative practice and nurturance for collective liberation.

Katie Spataro (she/her) is a certified somatic s*x educator, s*xological bodyworker, holistic pelvic care practitioner and full spectrum doula practicing on unceded Duwamish land. Katie blends various modalities of somatics, bodywork and coaching in her private practice, and facilitates classes on s*xual and reproductive wellness, embodied consent, grief and loss, pregnancy and birth, and erotic education through a trauma-informed and healing-centered lens.

One of my favorite products right now is Rishi Sparkling Botanicals, especially the Schisandra Berry flavor! I like that it is unsweetened but has a naturally sweet n sour flavor.
