Today is World AIDS day and as many of us are looking forwards to the holidays, others are suffering with basic needs. Many of you know that I initially pledged to ride in the AIDS Life Cycle next year Alas, my shoulder needed some surgery so I'm going to fundraise as a roadie. I'm so excited to provide important support for those riding on 2024. This is my brother Greg who many of you know lost his battle in 1991. From here on out I'll be fundraising for the Outspoken Cycle Club who are my new found gaggle of friends. I'll be posting my fundraising page in the next week. For now, know that this yearly event raises MILLIONS of funds to help women, men and kids affected by this horrible virus. I'm committed to participating in any way I can and I'm thrilled to have this opportunity to make a real difference. 🦋

Do you know that your hips usually determine if your feet turn out, are straight, or are turned in, when you walk? Furthermore, you shouldn’t fight it. If your hips naturally turn out, you can end up with foot or knee pain if you try to keep your feet straight with walking. Absolutely true!!
