The other day, I put out a post in a few local pages about my walk in clinic, inviting other massage therapist to join me if they’d like to. I cut out a little bit of what I wrote, and pasted it below.
This tells a little about the time I offer on Saturdays from 3 to 5:

At this time I offer short specific sessions to people who want to sample my work, can’t afford a full session or just want a specific issue attended to a little bit. I usually work 10 maybe 15 minutes on a person. But if I feel like working longer, I do. I don’t do this to make money at this time. I do this because I love my work and people. I find that it’s a great time for the general public to ask questions about massage, such as etiquette, tipping, expectations, etc. There’s so many questions that people have that go on unanswered, and I aim to inform people about the world of massage as best I can.
I had a thought to offer this time to other massage therapists to join me in what I’m doing or trade with me and hopefully others. I think it’s also a great time where massage therapists can talk to each other about the world of massage. Communication is key and I think we can all benefit from more awareness.
