Join GSEE for our Winter Power Hour Series! We are grateful to be holding space with Antonia Ramos, M.S., LMHCA, ATR-P, who specializes in art therapy for our first wellness session. Closing out our series with Dr. Charisse Williams, the Assistant Director and Counseling Psychologist of the UW Counseling Center, inviting GSEE students to learn about sustaining wellness practices.
No matter where you are in your academic program, there is a shared understanding of the weight that course load, finding community, and everyday life can leave us feeling exhausted and defeated. GSEE wants to provide a space for graduate students to Affirm, Rest, and practice Togetherness.

Humblefeast is an annual event hosted by the Associated Students of the University of Washington (ASUW) Student Food Co-operative (SFC). This year ASUW SFC is partnering with the Department of Anthropology to host Michael Twitty and Dr. Charlotte Coté. At the event, the audience will be hearing remarks from both, eating recipes from Michael Twitty's The Cooking Gene (made gluten free and vegan) and engaging in conversation about food sovereignty, heritage and legacies.
