Often times, the hours in which we should be asleep are sacrificed in favor of completing unfulfilled tasks, catching up with friends and family, or simply, these hours are filled with a mind that won’t shut off. Finding ways to prioritize a healthy sleep cycle can have incredible benefits, helping to reduce fatigue, anxiety, stress, and is even believed to boost immunity.
