A year ago, these 2 settled in to their new home! It was great to reconnect with a friend from my high school days. We sure had our fun...and it was quite an entertaining journey to get them "the one!" 😉

In a year with such difficulties for so many, I understand even more deeply have fortunate and blessed I am. I am incredibly thankful to have reclaimed my health and to have a healthy family overflowing with love. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

Are you a straight to Christmas after Halloween type of person or Christmas after Thanksgiving? It is still very much fall in the Reid household and will be until after Thanksgiving! Happy Friday and happy home selling anniversary! This was a unique, original owner home filled with history. The home owner was a carpenter and built every piece of cabinetry in the home. Grapes were grown on the property and the basement housed a wine cellar to store their homemade wine. The buyer had to be a perfect fit, willing to make it their own. The buyers are still working on the renovations, but are having fun with it!

We refinanced! 7 years ago we closed with a 3.5 interest rate.
