REMEMBERING THE MEANING OF MEMORIAL DAY
For some of us its just a day off, weekend camping trip or a day to share with family & friends to enjoy traditional cookouts.
For others, it is a day of reflection when families of Veterans who died for our country honor the graveyards of their departed ones and some who's reality is their loved ones are still Missing in Action
Memorial Day honors the sacrifice and loss of those who served and died in the military. It’s different from Veterans Day, where we honor all of those who have served in the U.S. Military.
So, what do you say to a veteran on Memorial Day?
The most appropriate message is just saying "Thanks" ,
"Have a Meaningful Memorial Day" or "Thank you for your service" is the most common phrase.
Try to avoid wishing anyone "Happy Memorial Day" though, as it may be a somber occasion and not a joyous one. for some.
Many will never forget freedom isn't free.
Enjoy the little things in life because one day you'll look back and realize they were the big things.

I borrowed this ☺️. I’ve had a few conversations with folks saying they were waiting for house prices to go down. I know it feels like common sense. What goes up must come down, right? Except it’s only happened during one decade since 1942. Moral? If you’re on the fence about buying real estate and you can buy now, do it. The best time to buy was 30 years ago. The next best time? Now.

Life Experiences
Nothing could have prepared me better for a career in real estate than growing up in a military family. As the daughter of a military veteran, (and wife of an Army veteran), I moved and lived in so many incredible towns and cities across the United States, and around the world. As a result, I have had the privilege of meeting and dealing with a wide variety of people and personalities, as well as learning-about, understanding and living-in new cities, and quaint towns, and all types of houses and housing properties. These experiences have easily translated into understanding my real estate clients’ needs intimately, and on a day-to-day basis; as well as allowing me to provide support to my real estate colleagues. My life experiences have clearly contributed to my real estate success, which I gladly wish to share and pass on to you.
