Managing stress works. Take a break, give yourself permission to breathe - even 5 minutes of deep breathing works wonder. Overtime, decide what you want to do differently to decrease stress. If you notice any habits that no longer serve you, and actually add to your feelings of stress, replace them with new habits that serve you better.
Give yourself permission to have a bad day, make mistakes (and learn from them), do things well enough (instead of perfect), ask for space, consider what you want to do (instead of saying yes to things you don't), and give yourself permission to take a break.
